SME Edition

Business Manager – Small to Medium Size Enterprise Edition is an intelligent automation stack designed for growing companies that operate through multiple branches and warehouses.

What It Does?

Building on the capabilities of the Small Business Edition, it delivers comprehensive revenue and performance analytics, real time tracking of products and categories, and predictive insights that extend across every business unit.

The system supports both centralized purchasing logic and independent branch operations, giving management full flexibility to decide how each part of the business should function, unified or autonomous.

Through advanced mathematical models and AI refinement, it predicts sales trends, optimizes inventory levels, and identifies the best performing products and categories across all locations. This allows every branch to operate efficiently while maintaining coordinated strategy and profitability at the enterprise level.

When connected with Inventory Manager, the two systems work collaboratively to synchronize sales forecasting, stock planning, and supply logistics across the entire network, delivering intelligent automation that scales seamlessly with your growth.

How It Does It?

Business Manager – Small to Medium Size Enterprise Edition connects to your company’s central ERP system and its branch or warehouse databases, extracting up to three years of historical data from every location into a unified intelligent memory.

The system operates in read only mode, ensuring complete data integrity and security, while performing all analysis and automation within its own isolated environment.

During setup, the imported information is reviewed and enriched through human interaction, allowing managers to validate and complement data with their operational knowledge. This step ensures the automation is contextually accurate across all branches and product lines.

Once initialized, the system becomes pre trained for immediate cross branch analytics and forecasting. It maintains daily synchronization with all connected databases, continuously learning from new transactions, warehouse movements, and branch performance.

This self training cycle enables the automation to refine its predictions across different business units, adapting to local market behaviors while preserving global strategic alignment.

The result is a smart, evolving system that understands your organization’s structure, empowering centralized management while keeping each branch agile, responsive, and profitable.

How It Helps the Manager Make Decisions?

Business Manager – Small to Medium Size Enterprise Edition provides managers with a complete, real time view of the entire organization, from headquarters to every branch and warehouse.

It translates complex operational data into clear intelligence, showing how each location, product, or category contributes to overall performance. Managers can easily compare sales efficiency, profitability, and stock rotation across branches, identifying which areas drive success and which need attention.

Through advanced predictive analytics, the system helps plan future demand and supply for each branch or the enterprise as a whole. It supports centralized decision making when unified purchasing or promotion strategies are required, and equally allows localized autonomy, where individual branches can adjust their tactics to local market conditions.

Every recommendation is transparent, explainable, and adjustable, enabling human managers to fine tune system insights using their own business judgment. The automation serves as a decision support partner, combining mathematical precision, AI foresight, and human experience into a single, intelligent workflow.

Over time, the system learns from these interactions, becoming increasingly aligned with the company’s operational style and strategic vision, turning data into direction, and direction into measurable growth.

System Requirements

Business Manager – Small to Medium Size Enterprise Edition is designed for secure, high-performance, and scalable deployment across multi branch or multi warehouse organizations. It follows strict data protection and reliability standards to ensure consistent performance at enterprise scale.

  1. Security and Network Placement
The system is intended to operate within the DMZ (Demilitarized Zone), isolated from both public and internal corporate networks.
This architecture ensures maximum data and system protection, preventing any direct access to company or system data while maintaining seamless synchronization with ERP and branch databases.
  2. ERP and Branch Data Access
The system requires read only access to the central ERP database and, where applicable, read only or pre-structured data from each branch or warehouse.
This guarantees complete data integrity, while enabling the automation to learn and operate across all business units without risk to operational systems.
  3. Hardware and Deployment
The system is designed to be self hosted on server grade hardware equipped with minimum two (three recommended) GPUs with minimum 48 GB VRAM each to support advanced analytics and AI based forecasting across multiple branches.
For enterprise grade resilience, an optional Highly Available Cluster configuration with three servers can be deployed, ensuring continuous operation, fault tolerance, and automatic workload balancing.
Our team provides hardware dimensioning, deployment architecture design, and both supervised and automated installation options.
During setup, we also deliver clear guidelines for structuring data and human-interaction inputs, enabling precise and efficient system learning from the very first phase.
